My research area is personalized software agents. My research goal is the development of a software application that assists a user in all interactions with a computer and that grows and adapts as the user changes in terms of experience, interests, professions, etc. My research focus is currently on the interaction of the user and technology in locating, retrieving, delivering and presenting relevant information, in whatever form, to the user. Specific research areas include adaptive user interfaces, computer-human interaction, information retrieval, and software agents.
